Scott Snyder: Reviews

Mr. Scott Snyder is one of the most talented, anointed musicians I know! Beyond his extraordinary gifts with a Saxophone in his hand, is his sensitive spirit and abilities to lead people into the presence of the Lord. Having served for many years as a local church worship leader, large gathering worship director and teaching colleague, I whole-heartedly recommend him to you and your ministry. Through Scott’s  Ministry of the Word, worship and the excellence of musicianship you and your church will be encouraged and blessed!

I whole heartedly recommend the music ministry of Scott Snyder for your church or special event. We recently had him come for our entire worship service and it was a great blessing to everyone. Scott's music ministry appeals to both young and old. It was spiritual, worshipful, and very enjoyable. I really appreciated his variety and mixture of music. It was also a pleasure for us to get to meet his wife, Rhonda. They both are genuine and a joy to be around. I would encourage you to bring Scott to your church. Your people will definitely be encouraged by his music ministry.

“It is with great pleasure that I write in high recommendation of Mr. Scott Snyder
and his music ministry. Scott’s excellent musicianship with the Saxophone is unparalleled. His songs are performed with a spiritual joy that is contagious. He brings a smile to both young and old and lights up the room when his music is performed. What is even more important is that his faith in God is genuine. I encourage you to bring Scott to your church or your event and you will not be disappointed.”

I want to commend to you the music ministry of Scott Snyder. Scott recently presented his talents in our church and our congregation was greatly blessed and enriched. The variety of musical styles played on several instruments provided an enjoyable worship experience for all attending. I encourage you to host Scott Snyder in your church. You will be blessed by the experience and, like us, will be anticipating the opportunity for him to return in the future.

With much appreciation for this ministry,

"Scott was a true blessing and inspiration to our men's event and to our church worship service the next morning. He has a rare combination of marvelous talent and spiritual sensitivity which I consider essential qualities for a sincere ministry. Scott's musical gifts are obvious, but he also has a heart for worship. I especially appreciate his ability to weave the classic hymns and more contemporary worship songs into a beautiful musical tapestry. As a pastor and musician I can heartily recommend Scott to you!"

Rick Rufenacht: It was an awesome ministry. Scott is so anointed on the saxophone. The whole service was great. We really felt the Lord's presence. Thanks Scott. Our pleasure to have you with us.

"There is no doubt that God has given Scott Snyder an incredible talent, but one of the things that impressed me the most was the humble and gentle spirit that Scott brought with him! I've met many artists who do not take a lot of time to talk to those within the congregation, but this was not the case w/both Scott and his wife Rhonda. They were both very warm and engaging to everyone within our church. The Holy Spirit used Scott to minister in a way that was both refreshing and enriching! I would encourage any church to seriously consider having Scott come to minister - you will not be disappointed! Brock Barnhouse, Pastor of the New Horizons Community Church of God, Blacklick Ohio."

From smooth jazz and inspirational to big band sounds, Scott Snyder's CD release concert led us in a celebration of God's faithfulness. Joined by over 20 other professional musicians, the night was an experience in excellence. We experienced the joy that comes from an excellent offering of praise and worship. We could almost see the Father "dancing" over Scott as he played (Zeph.3).

The ‘Big Band – Jazz’ sounds of Scott Snyder and friends were a wonderful blessing!!! Along with the great music I’ve heard several people comment regarding the joy of each of the musicians. I’m not sure who enjoyed the evening more…the congregation or the musicians? I’m a Chicago fan and I’ve heard Manhattan Transfer live. The evening of praise with this talented group was right up there! I didn’t want it to end! I hope there will be an encore opportunity down the road. Thank you for allowing the Lord to use your talents for an evening that must have been a glimpse of Sunday nights in heaven! Pastor Bob Mahaffey – West Chester Church of the Nazarene

"Thank you for a most magnificent time of worship this past Sunday. Your choices of repertoire and your medatative thoughts on the screen provided for a deeply meaningful time of praise. It was an atypical morning for our folks, but one they will talk about for quite some time."

Beautiful music! Great background sound for whatever you're doing.

This is beautiful music. The harmonies are lush, and it's up-tempo without being too fast or too jazzy. It's easy to sing along with, yet puts a pleasantly unexpected twist in every now and then. This makes great background music for whatever you're doing. I got one for a friend and one for myself, and we're both happy.

Just the right blend of traditional and contempory and all favorites! Smooth Jazz allows you to appreciate Scott's artistry and style without loosing the essence of the songs we love to sing!
